After hundreds of cups of teas and blends we are proud to share with you our bespoke tea blends "Post Med" and "Pre Med".
 
Pre Med
 
Pre Med is the perfect precursor to a 20 minute meditation. We recommend brewing your tea, prepping it, pouring a cup, enjoying it, then meditating. Your cup of pre med is going to relax and warm the nervous system preparing you to go deep into that meditative state. 
 
This unique tea blend features a symphony of flavors that is soothing and invigorating in equal measure. Rooibos, known for its deep earthy base and natural sweetness, provides a robust foundation complemented by the bright, zesty notes of lemon myrtle. The citrus undertones of lemon myrtle bring a refreshing clarity to the blend, which is beautifully balanced by the subtle, apple-like sweetness of chamomile. Gotu Kola adds a hint of herbal bitterness, enhancing the complexity of the tea, while liquorice root infuses a sweet, slightly spicy finish that lingers on the palate. Together, these ingredients create a harmonious blend that is both comforting and relaxing, making it an ideal choice for any time of day.

You Post Med cup will be warmly waiting for you like a long lost friend, or your dog after you've been away all day. Post med is designed to put some zesty flavours in your mouth and a zing in your step.
 
This tea blend offers a delightful journey through a landscape of diverse and aromatic flavors. Lemon myrtle starts the experience with its vibrant, lemony tang, setting a lively tone. Peppermint follows, introducing a cool, invigorating freshness that revitalizes the senses. The warmth of ginger weaves through next, its spicy kick adding depth and a gentle heat that contrasts beautifully with the coolness of the mint. Rosemary provides a distinctive earthy note, its herbal sharpness grounding the blend and enhancing its complexity. The ensemble is rounded out by vanilla rooibos, which lends a creamy, sweet finish that softens the bold flavors and brings a comforting closure to the sip. Brew 3-5g at 85 degress for 2-3 mins.
